Get on the Calendar
To get on the calendar is simple. Email us using the form in the side bar. Or make a Google calendar and share it with us. Once you have a Google calendar it will read the same on your site as it does ours or anyone else with a Google calendar that likes your offering.
Honestly thanks to Google calendars you will have your calendar and your postings with just a few minutes effort.
This is the first and only place you need to enter your data. Google calendar is can be your personal calendar as well (tons of power here: you can set up multiple calendars that seamlessly move from view to view from public to private with a simple click on the left side of the page, Google has a link to synchronize with Outlook and other softwares) but more than that you can make multiple calendars… so when I saw the potential of all this power, I bought www.TucsonTango.com and I put all of the information I have about Tucson in this calendar.
Email us and we will assign you the rights to make changes to a calendar with your name on it – or – make a public calendar in your Google account and share it with me and I will include it in the embed code for TucsonTango.com. Then you can keep your calendar up to date without a go-between and it goes out into the future ad infinitum, not just two months at a time but forever… very powerful!!
One more thing, if someone using a Google Calendar likes some thing they see on your calendar when they click in the event link it prompts them to add this event to their calendar… trust me sir this is just one of many very cool tools we will be using to change the face of Tango information in Tucson!!!
